There isn’t any big secret to making the Perfect Baked Potato.
You need to start with a great Idaho Russet Potato, of course. But a hot oven and a little olive oil and salt are all you need.
The key to enjoying the Perfect Baked Potato is learning How to Pop a Potato.
Ingredients for the Perfect Baked Potato:
1 large Idaho Russet Potato

Directions for the Perfect Baked Potato:
1) In a large bowl, coat clean, dry potato(es) with olive oil and season with coarse salt.
2) Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 400(F) oven for about an hour, until tender, about 210(F) internally.
3) Use a fork to “pop” open the potato, fluff, top and enjoy.
