Quite an easy recipe to make, it’s also low in carbs. It’s been called “low-carb popcorn”. Only problem I have with baked cauliflower is that is tends to come apart too easily. Any thoughts re how to not have that happen? It might be that I’m baking it either at too high a temperature, or for too long? Please advise, and, as always, I LOVE your website! John V. Karavitis

Hi John, Thanks for all your kind words about the site!!
You can find all the details of my recipe here: http://www.averagebetty.com/recipes/garlic-roasted-cauliflower-recipe/
I do a preheated 425(F) oven for 12-15 minutes, remove from oven and turn florets over. Return to oven and cook and additional 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
Maybe you are cooking them too long? Hope this helps!
