Sweet Teriyaki Glazed Bok Choy flecked with toasted sesame seeds is a super simple side dish sure to steal the show!
Ingredients for Teriyaki Glazed Bok Choy:
10-12 ounces Shanghai or Baby Bok Choy
olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
Teriyaki Glaze
toasted sesame seeds
NOTES:

Directions:
1) Cut bok choy in half lengthwise.
2) Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt & pepper to taste.
3) Sear in preheated grill pan, skillet or on barbecue grill until slightly charred and greens are just starting to wilt.
4) Drizzle with Teriyaki Glaze and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
