Spicy Peanut Dressing tossed with Crunchy Thai Salad is my most requested recipe IRL.
Ingredients for Spicy Peanut Dressing Recipe:
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/3 cup toasted sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 TBSP microplaned ginger root
1 TBSP dijon mustard
1 TBSP Sriracha hot sauce
2 TBSP honey
2 TBSP soy sauce
4 TBSP creamy peanut butter
NOTES: Makes about 1 cup dressing. The zest from a lime can be a nice addition. The zest and juice of a lime can also be used in place of the rice vinegar. For best results make 3 hours in advance and store refrigerated until ready to use. Can be used as a dressing for Crunchy Thai Salad or as a dipping sauce for potstickers, satay or other dim sum.
