Ingredients for Crunchy Thai Salad Recipe:
3 cups shredded romaine lettuce
1 cup shredded purple cabbage
1 1/2 cups chopped spinach leaves
1 1/2 cups broccoli slaw
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup edamamae
1/2 cup roasted and salted peanuts
1 1/2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
Spicy Peanut Dressing to taste

Directions for Crunchy Thai Salad Recipe:
1) In a large bowl toss all ingredients together with Spicy Peanut Dressing.
2) Serve cold and immediately.
