Buffalo Chicken Wraps Spicy, smokey grilled chicken with bacon, avocado and a crunchy slaw, wrapped inside a soft flour tortilla. Perfect for Super Bowl parties, tailgating and Man Caves everywhere! For added instruction and entertainment, watch the How to Make Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wraps video.
Ingredients for Buffalo Chicken:
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
2-4 Tablespoons hot sauce
1-2 Tablespoons melted butter or margarine
Ingredients for the Slaw:
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/3 cup shredded carrots
1/3 cup diced radish
1/3 cup diced celery
1 Tablespoon diced green onion
2 Tablespoons Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing
You’ll also need:
4-6 flour tortillas
4-6 pieces of crisp bacon
1 whole avocado
NOTES: Makes 4-6 wraps, depending on tortilla size. I like Frank’s Red Hot for the hot sauce. Serve hot or cold. Use barbecue sauce or other seasonings if you don’t like wing sauce. Wing sauce is a personal thing; adjust the ratios to suit your taste.
How to Make Buffalo Chicken Wraps:
1) Make the slaw. Combine all ingredients for the slaw and toss with dressing. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
2) Season the chicken. Combine chicken with wing sauce and melted butter. Toss to coat.
3) Make the wrap. On a flour tortilla, layer seasoned chicken, bacon, avocado and slaw. Roll, cut and enjoy.
