My favorite summertime dessert is peach cobbler. Yummy!
My summer dessert favorite is warmed boysenberry pie a la mode . . . I had cravings for it (and hot dogs) when I was pregnant with my first and so DH had to appease the preggers pie-hole. I had an enormous appetite! Now, 32 years later, my son mysteriously loves hot dogs and boysenberry pie with ice cream – hee hee :)

My favorite summer dessert is Mixed Berry and Banana “Tiramisu” with chambord instead of coffee liquor to dunk the lady fingers in and a amaretto marscapone. It’s beautiful and full of fresh summer berries!
My favourite summer dessert is an Italian-inspired fruit salad: peaches, raspberries, and blueberries, and a very small amount of sugar. The fruit should be seasoned with the sugar rather than sweetened.
After preparing the fruit, toss together lightly in a serving bowl (a glass bowl increases the visual appeal), and pour on some prosecco. Use a reasonable amount of the wine, but don’t drown it. Let it chill for 30 minutes or so, then devour. Drink the rest of the prosecco with the dessert, as it would be a shame to waste it.
Use any fruit combination you fancy: I’ve combined fresh pineapple with strawberries and blueberries, Granny Smith apple and raspberries, etc.

Well to be honest it’s beer, home brewed and my own recipe but that not a dessert really so I have to go with some kind of smoothy with in season fruit.
My favourite summer dessert is a piece of lemon meringue pie that has been chilled in the fridge! :)

My finicky lady-friend done told me that I had to suggest “Mango Crisp” as my suggestion. But if the truth be told, I onlys cooks up whatever Chef John done showed me hows in one of his many instructive videos and ‘dat be ‘dat.

My favorite summertime dessert is Strawberry Shortcake. Nothing says summer like some yummy fresh strawberries & cold whip cream!
I love a simple berry galette/crostada. I make mine by rolling out a simple pie dough, piling on a bunch of fresh berries, folding the ends of the dough on top of the berries (rustic-style), and then sprinkling a bit of sugar on top. Fantastic with homemade, vanilla-laced whipped cream.
