Gotta love the Audrey Hepburn – Betty!! Isn’t that Kitchen Aid mixer a lifesaver? I think so! I don’t know what I would do without it? (I guess I would probably have better wrist muscles if I didn’t have it!!) Thank you for the recipe! I’ve tested a few on my family and they are a hit! It looks like this one’s next!

I’m giving up my favorite ” sports drink ” for coffee cake, Betty !!! Just can’t figure out how to get that coffee cake into a squeeze bottle. At least I’ll look cool.

Ha Ha Norm! Thanks for the compliment… but I don’t know if I am what most people these days consider svelte! I’m certainly not a size 0, anyway!
But, to stay in shape… I run about 20 miles a week and do a little circuit of exercises (push-ups, sit-ups, etc.). I do have to watch what I eat and the dishes I prepare for the show are not daily fare ;)
