Every year the Idaho Potato Commission hosts a select group of bloggers, chefs and editors to experience the Idaho Potato Harvest and get their minds blown!
Can you dig it?
I had the opportunity to experience the tour a few years ago, and this year I got to tag along to capture some memories to share with you.
On the tour, we visit with generational potato farmers and see the Idaho Potato Harvest up close. We get a look at packing facilities and the iconic Idaho Potato Museum along the way. A visit to Craters of the Moon National Monument and some fun in Sun Valley round out the trip.
