I just love blue cheese with the only exception being cheap bottled blue cheese salad dressings. This sounds perfect (not so good for my low fat, low salt diet) but perfect just the same.
I agree! And I’m wondering about the fat — I think it would have to be lower in fat than store-bought because it’s not mayonnaise based. I’m using low-fat cultured buttermilk… Everything in moderation :)
