I may have been deprived of Pimento Cheese growing up in Tampa, Florida.
Smoked mullet, boiled peanuts and pimento cheese were common delicacies of my childhood that, for whatever reason, my family just didn’t take part. I later discovered the joy of boiled peanuts as a young adult… but somehow, pimento cheese has just come into my life living in Southern California.
I think it’s safe to say, Pimento Cheese has arrived.

Potatoes are great just about any way they are served. But my favorite is garlic mashed potatoes with the skins left on and not mashed too much, leave some chunks, not smooth.

Nothing beats homemade mashed potatoes with homemade gravy (and a side of roast chicken, of course) :+)
I love potatoes mashed, baked, and twice-baked; in soup, curries, and pierogies; but perhaps my favorite way to cook them is roasted in my fireplace. Rarely do I feel more Idahoan than when I take them off the coals.
I like making kicked up smashed potatoes loaded with fresh garlic, diced habanero peppers, and sharp cheddar cheese mixed in. They’re great topped with sour cream and chives.
I love some gold old fashoned mashed potatoes, with heavy cream and lots of butter!

my favorite potatoes are mashed, with caramelized onions and sour cream….yummy!
Love to smoked\cook the potatoes on the smoker\bbq whole then cut up, add some bacon, sour cream and cheese. Place back on for 45 minutes. Tasty smoked loaded potatoes

you mean we have to pick a favorite? i make potato tacos. thats taco seasoning infused potatos au grautin wrapped up in a flour tortilla with lettuce, tommatoes, and cucumbers.. omg soo good and my boys never miss the meat
