I have made this twice since you posted it. (Last week, I think?) I lent out my cake pan so my best option was doing it in bread pans. So that was 4 loaves of this. Every cake/loaf came out superb. Folks can’t stop eating it.
I made the first with a layer of apple sauce. Didn’t have apple butter or any preserves on hand. Still great. So moist and delicious. @_@ Next time I did one with a layer of nutella and the other was apple/caramel in the middle layer. Wowza.
