Basic Tartar Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
juice of one lemon
zest of one lemon
1/2 TBSP dijon mustard
1 TBSP sweet pickle relish
glug or two hot sauce (like Tapatio, not Tobasco)
Jalapeno Tartar Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
juice of one lime
zest of one lime
1/2 TBSP dijon mustard
1 TBSP fire roasted jalapenos
glug or two hot sauce (like Tapatio, not Tobasco)
Roasted Red Pepper Aioli:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
juice of one lemon
zest of one lemon
1/2 TBSP dijon mustard
1 TBSP fire roasted red peppers
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix throughly. Keep refrigerated.
