As you know, I’m a little excited by 4 ingredient recipes. And I’ve been a little obsessed with Sweetened Condensed Milk since I did this video recipe.
So, when I learned you could make ice cream WITHOUT an ice cream maker… with only a few ingredients… that actually tastes wonderfully rich and creamy, I had to investigate.
I think you’ll be impressed with this simple recipe. I sure am :)

Hi Betty, this is delicious and easy . I have made your recipe twice the first time exactly as you posted it and I stirred in some chopped up Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups but today I made it and when I was at my 99 cent store they had Borden’s caramel sweetened condensed milk so I’ve been saving it to use instead of the regular sweetened condensed milk . Stirred in chopped caramel and chocolate chips. It’s in the freezer so I just had a taste.
It looks really really good so now we wait. If anyone runs across the
CARAMEL and/or chocolate sweetened condensed milk, give it a try instead of the regular variety it turns out great. Thanks Ms Betty
