Ingredients for Oven Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Kale:
3 cups chopped sweet potato
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
6 cups chopped kale
salt & pepper

Directions for Oven Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Kale:
1) In a bowl, toss sweet potato, onion and kale with olive oil and a seasoning of salt and pepper.
2) Transfer to a 9×13″ baking dish and distribute into an even layer.
3) Bake in a preheated 350(F) oven for 15 minutes. Toss to redistribute and return to oven for another 15-20 minutes.
4) Season to taste with Marzetti® Veggie Drizzle Garlic Parmesan finishing sauce and serve piping hot.

This looks so good! We grow kale in our garden but yeah “aint nobody got time for that”. Sometimes we get our salad mix prewashed from the store all ready to go. This dish looks great and it’s quick which is perfect to throw in the toaster oven while your main dish is cooking.
