I wish I had added cinnamon.
I’m not a person who regrets too many things too often but I regret not throwing a dash of cinnamon into this cookie dough (in the video). Thankfully, I usually always have these ingredients on hand and I’ll be making these cookies again soon.
Big plus? Maya loves them. And I know just what’s in them.
These quick and easy 3 Ingredient Cookies are great for breakfast on-the-go, a chocolate fix you won’t feel bad about, or a healthy lunch box treat. The recipe can be switched up any number of ways and your kids can even help make them!

2 ripe bananas
1 cup oats
1/3 cup chocolate pieces, nuts or raisins
1 TBSP hemp seeds

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (wish I had added for a total of seven ingredients)
NOTES: Makes about 20 cookies. Based on a recipe by Pile Petersoo. I prefer these cold. And I thought they tasted even better the next day. Store in the refrigerator.
