oh, my goodness–those ribs look delicious! If they had ever been served at any tailgate I’ve been to, that would’ve been my answer! My husband does grill ribs at home, but not usually while tailgating.

Any pork is a welcome treat–especially Lechon
Usually, we char-cook the ribs at home; then, sear them on the BBQ.
Ribs on the barbie–low and slow, wrapped in foil, then browned on the coals.
Never had tailgate ribs–but I’m getting closer.
Stroll along–mooch a rib here, a rib there, easy.
I love making pulled pork sandwiches…easy and it feeds a crowd!
My hubby rigged a rotisserie for our BBQ so we make tacos al pastor.
Wafer-thin cutlets in Korean-type marinade.
Pulled pork sloppy joe’s.
Pork, stewed with chile Verde. A big enough pot for the crowd.
A big pot of sweet & sour Pork, Chinese style.
