As far as nuts go, it’s hard to beat the buttery-rich flavor of Macadamia nuts! Whether they’re straight out of the bag, dipped in chocolate, crusted on a fresh Opah filet or baked into a cookie, Macadamia nuts make everything taste better. Turns out Betty is a bona fide Macadamiac, and her latest recipe for White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies is a mouth-watering, chewy, sweet and salty combination you’ll go nuts for!

WHAT’S BETTY UP TO THIS SUMMER?
Thanks to Cookshow, Betty will be spending a weekend of luxury at The Huntington Hotel & Spa in San Francisco! San Francisco is one of Betty’s favorite cities and The Huntington Hotel and Big 4 restaurant look amazing. Thanks, Cookshow… Betty will report back with all the fun details!
Thanks to PlumTV and American Express Publishing, Betty will be covering the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen with Savory TV, and it looks to be a star-studded gastronomic paradise! In addition to Giada De Laurentiis, Mario Batali and Bobby Flay, Richard Blais will be there too! Look out, Aspen!
Get ready! Teen and Tween Betty are spending a week with Aunt Betty again this summer! You might recall they took over Betty’s show last summer. The girls expressed their concern for global warming and shared a recipe for homemade ice cream in An Inconvenient Dessert. What will the girls cook up this year?
AVERAGE BETTY SIGHTINGS
Addie Broyles, food writer for The Austin Statesman and accompanying Relish Austin blog on Austin360.com, showed Betty and Dad Labs some serious love for their Mother’s Day collaboration. In fact, Addie calls Betty one of her “favorite video bloggers.” Thanks, Addie!
