The food and wine extravaganza Los Angeles Times The Taste, turns five this year.
And what a precocious youngster yumster she has become.
UPDATE! Check out what has become of last years Beard-Off between Russ Parsons and Chef Michael Cimarusti on the LA Times Blog!
UPDATE! UPDATE! Russ Parsons’ recap of the great Fish Fight at The Taste 2014.
Food section favorites Russ Parsons, Noelle Carter, Betty Hallock and The J. Gold will host both daytime and evening festivities Labor Day weekend.
A-list culinary co-hosts such as Thomas Keller and Nancy Silverton will also be on the Paramount Pictures Studios backlot.
Chef Noelle Carter, Director of Los Angeles Times Test Kitchen, will debut her soon-to-be world famous Maple Bacon Cinnamon Rolls (above, left) at the family friendly Sunday Brunch.
Also on the menu for brunch are dozens of the most outrageous tastes L.A. restaurants have to offer. Creations like Chicken Fried Bacon on a House Waffle with Spicy Tomato Jam from Chef Whitney Flood’s Muddy Leek (center) and Chilaquiles from Jimmy Shaw’s Loteria! Grill (right).
Children ages 3-12 get in for $5 each on Sunday Brunch.
