The holiday season is a nostalgic time when traditions are upheld, memories are made and diets are forgotten! With all the rich indulgences this time of year, it’s nice to remember a classic like Eggs Benedict with creamy Hollandaise sauce. After all, the Holidays and Hollandaise have a lot in common: They’re best when they’re rich, rich, rich!
This year, Hollywood Betty looks to shake up one of the richest holiday traditions… classic holiday songs! She’s staging a surprise comeback and recording her own holiday tune, “Happy Hollandaise.” Will Hollywood Betty’s comeback and her holiday song be recalled like a lead-infested toy from a discount store? Watch Happy Hollandaise to find out for yourself…

Have you seen Cookshow yet? Not only can you “create your own cooking show!” but, Cookshow is committed to helping those most in need and their priority is child malnutrition. Cookshow donates 10 euros to one or several charities each time a recipe is filmed and put onto their website. If you are looking for a great collection of cooking videos (Betty’s included) check out Cookshow! Oh, and euros not because the US dollar is weak… they are based out of France.

LOVE Y’ALL
COOL VIEWER SHOUT-OUTS! Betty thanks all of the super cool people that watch, vote, write and comment to enrich the Average Betty community, especially those that give feedback and keep in touch! Like Lance A, Paul B, Dave, scott m, Rebecca G, jackie c, Nixy, Dewshine, patoo, anthony, Terrence, Jeff O, David, oolong.
Both Dave and Terrence had concerns about Betty’s first five videos that have been “lost.” Betty hates to disappoint people. It makes her sad that you are sad. Terrence asked Betty, “can you like redo ur old ones to make them better so we all can still see them…..because the title got me very excited….but there was no vid…and that made me sad.” Well, some good news and some bad news. Betty #5: Hey Fajquito! was remade into Betty #20: Fajquitos: Toma Dos. Betty #2: Hey Party Pizzas was remade into Betty #17: Big Dance Barbecue Pizza. And even Betty admits that episodes #1: Cookies Gone Wild and #3 Going Bananas need to have remakes, but let’s face it… bringing back the first 5 videos Betty ever made would just be too painful.
Betty wants to hear from YOU! Leave Betty a comment and tell her what’s on your mind! She’ll do her best to make you happy. :)
Thanks for watching!
