While the experts debate whether we’re in a recession or not, inflation is kicking everyone’s butt harder than Michael Phelps in an Olympic pool! Food prices, gas prices, airline prices… you name it… The price of everything is jacked up like the El Camino in Betty’s driveway! And if the experts are right these high prices are here to stay (also like the El Camino in Betty’s driveway).
And sure, Americans have survived high inflationary periods before, but how will this current Super Size Me generation of Americans fare? Well, turns out we’re trading in our Hummers for hybrids, riding the Metro, taking staycations, eating in more and out less, discovering Quinoa, inflating our tires… and gosh darn-it, we’re making flapjacks!
