During the holidays, I like to bake Pecan Tarts. They look so elegant yet they are easy to make and my family just loves them!

My favorite thing to bake during the holidays has always been a Hungarian Pastry my mom taught me to make as a kid. With a sweet crust, a layer of preserves, and topped with meringue, it’s easy to make. It’s fun to secretly find a friends favorite fruit and surprise them with a tasty treat you know they’ll love. My favorite is raspberry.
My favorite holiday treat to bake is peanut butter reese’s mini cakes!! :)
Hi Betty: I love to cook; but still not a fan of Teflon ….. I have issues w/ things that can chip or peel off and end up IN my food. Glad you are getting more & more sponsors though !!! Hugs, Anne

I’ve never made Latkas till this year for a friends Hanukkah party, but they are delicious. For our family Christmas party we like to make a yummy pumpkin roll or the small yeast rolls with ham!
We’re newlyweds and our bakeware is from our college days, so it’s crusy rusty and yucky! this would fit perfectly into our small collection of cooking needs!
