I just saw my first average betty podcast and I was a little disturbed. I thought the style of the video was excellent, but the close up of her chopping gave made me cringe. Her fingers were pointed straight towards the knife, which any chef will tell you is an extremely dangerous way to cut. It’s very easy to cut yourself that way, and if you are using a sharp knife it might be the last time you see your finger. Please, all you viewers out their, DO NOT CUT THIS WAY! Always curl you fingers underneath your knuckles to protect them!

I hadn’t even noticed the cutting style, but that does sound like a good tip there in the above post. I’m glad the recipe didn’t turn out to be for “Chicken Fingers” – LOL
