Ingredients for Spicy Tuna Melts:
12 oz can tuna in water (drained and flaked)
1 TBSP lemon juice
2 TBSP chopped Pepperoncini
1 TBSP finely chopped red onion
1 TBSP finely chopped celery
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup shredded cheese
favorite hot sauce to taste (like Tapatio, not Tobasco)
salt and pepper to taste
For serving:
sliced baguette
sliced tomato
shredded cheese

Directions for Spicy Tuna Melts:
1) Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2) Spoon mixture onto slices of baguette.
3) Top tuna mixture with tomato slice and more shredded cheese.
4) Bake in a preheated 375(F) oven for 10 – 12 minutes.
