Quick and Easy Spicy Salmon Tacos are so quick and easy because they start with a ready-to-eat Chicken of the Sea Sriracha Flavored Salmon Pouch. Topped with a creamy, crunchy slaw and wrapped with corn tortillas, these tacos are not only full of flavor, they’re lean, clean and bursting with heart healthy Omega-3s.
Ingredients for Quick and Easy Spicy Salmon Tacos:
1 package Chicken of the Sea Sriracha Flavored Pink Salmon Pouch (2.5 oz)
2 corn tortillas
1 TBSP Greek yogurt
1 TBSP mayonnaise
1 TBSP rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
1/2 cup shredded green cabbage
1 TBSP chopped cilantro
1 TBSP diced red pepper
1 TBSP diced jalapeno
1 TBSP finely chopped red onion
1 TBSP toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Directions for Quick and Easy Spicy Salmon Tacos:
1) Open package Chicken of the Sea Sriracha Flavored Salmon Pouch. Flake salmon into smaller pieces.
2) Make the dressing for the slaw. In a medium bowl whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, honey and rice vinegar.
3) To the dressing, add cabbage, cilantro, red pepper, jalapeno, red onion and toasted sesame seeds. Toss well.
4) Assemble the tacos. Place corn tortillas on a plate. Distribute Chicken of the Sea Sriracha Salmon evenly between the two tortillas. Top with slaw. Enjoy.
