I do a lot of cooking and baking. And honestly, I’m not one to get too excited about a brand of cookware or bakeware in particular. Especially non-stick skillets. I go through those like napkins at a chili dog stand.
My pots and pans are a mish-mash of various brands and surfaces. And my baking sheets, no matter the brand or surface, are always lined with Silpat, but that’s another blog post.

Currently on my stove everyday? The 9.5″ Fry Pan with Lid. Most likely to take two people to handle? The 12.5″ Saute Pan with Lid.
