Way back in August of 1981, Video threatened to kill the radio star when MTV launched. Well, radio lived to tell about it. More recently, with the advent of Podcsating and other forms of time-shifted entertainment in New Media, the old media is once again proclaiming the death of radio. And while Betty never says never… radio has far from played its last tune or spoken its last word.
With shock jocks covering the jabbering spectrum with topics ranging from politics and sports to relationships and the paranormal, talk radio seems to be more alive than ever! Maybe it’s just some of the “talent” that’s hopefully a dying breed. Can Bella Betty keep her audience tuned-in and turned-on? Or will she be off the air faster than Dog the Bounty Hunter? Watch Bella Betty in Fettuccine Alfradio to find out for yourself…

FUHGEDABOUDIT!
This episode of Average Betty is dedicated to super-awesome viewer, Scott Moorhouse. Scott always has words of encouragement for Betty… and his catch phrase, “FUHGEDABOUDIT” was true inspiration for Bella Betty and Fettuccine Alfradio. Thanks, Scott!

AVERAGE BETTY SIGHTINGS
When Betty gets feedback on her recipes from you – it’s magical. When Betty sees photographic evidence of recipes you’ve tried – she’s dancing in the street. But when Betty has stories and photos? Well, she may as well be floating on air.
The beautiful Kai from Toronto not only took awesome pictures of her Valentine’s Day treats, she gave them out to everyone in her neighborhood!
The amazing Nichole from Newport News, VA also treated her loved ones to Betty’s Sugar Cookies on Valentine’s Day. Hearing that Nichole’s husband enjoyed four right away and that they were “the yummiest” cookies Nichole has ever made, well, it made Betty’s heart fuller than Nichole’s gorgeous cookies!
