    Looks spicy and delicous.
    I never glazed a meatloaf before but now I think I should try it out.
    Turkey is a good alterative to beef.
    I have used it for burger pattys before and if you want to make it even more juicy and have to ground the meat yourself as I had to do (because my butcher doesn’t want to do it in fear of salmonella) try adding one or two sticks of celery to the meat.
    The flavour goes along great and it gets really juicy.
