Ingredients for Smoothie Pops:
2 cold ripe bananas
3 cups frozen fruit
1 cup water or other liquid
8 ounces yogurt of your choice
popsicle molds or small paper cups and wooden sticks
1) Combine bananas, frozen fruit and water in blender.
2) Blend until smooth and thick.
3) To make popsicles, layer smoothie and yogurt into small paper cups or popsicle molds, insert sticks and freeze until hard.
