One of my favorite things to eat around the holidays is homemade whip cream. Simple I know, but I would use the hand mixer quite often to make fresh whip cream for pies, coffee, hot chocolate, frosting on cakes. I sorta love fresh whip cream ;)
Jonathan Berman says
I’ve been making my grandmother’s family cookie recipe for years by hand, and it’s killing me to whip these eggs by hand, this would really help me make her cookies without killing myself for an hour every time!
Thanks for the opportunity Betty!

Hon, if you knew what I was going to whip up with that beater, you’d be on your way over already, with a ribbon on. The mixer, I mean.

Hmmm, what recipe to make. I bake at least 3-4 nights a week and was looking at some kind of quick bread since I just made candy and cookies so I think it’ll be a pumpkin loaf of some type.
